This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced corporate receptionist to join a multi-national company based in London Bridge. These brand new offices are in need of a reception manager to oversee the front desk and manage the staff. You will be in charge of all front desk duties including meeting and greeting, arranging meetings, conferences, couriers, all postal requirements and some ad hoc administration and secretarial work. You will also be required to manage the junior staff which involves arranging rota’s and dealing with day-to-day issues and management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years previous reception experience preferably within a corporate environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and love being the face of a company.
